Payment & Refund Policy

How to pay

I accept Payoneer, Wise, MoneyGram, Western Union and bank transfer. After we confirm the service, I send you the payment details for your preferred method.

When to pay

• Audits, fixes and 24-hour builds: paid in full before work starts. The delivery clock starts when payment and the required details are received.
• Custom websites and longer projects: 50% to start, 50% before handover.
• Research support: per dataset or per agreed milestone.

Scope first

For fixes and custom work I check the problem or requirements first and confirm scope and price before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Refunds

• If I cannot start your order, you get a full refund.
• If a delivery is late by my fault, tell me — we agree a partial refund or extra work.
• Once a report or website has been delivered, the work is complete. Revisions included in the service are always available.
